This reminds me of Luka Magnotta the male porn star who was rumored to be dating a serial murderess. He got alot of bad slack too. I suppose people are tried in the media now adays. Poor Luka...and Tim.

She (the lawyer) is attempting to "counter-taint" any prospective jury pool. They don't dispute he did it...and it was premeditated...he thought about doing it for an hour...then he did it. That is called "malice aforethought". Whether they can get a jury to believe he is insane remains to be seen. The fact is, he did it and he admits doing it. It matters not one whit what J.P. Kelso was like as a person...he's dead and Mr. Bonham killed him.
