Attended BJJ Master Luiz Palhares Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at Viet Le's World Karate in Alexandria VA . Best Techniques worked were Kimura from full guard, reversals from bottom to top, and numerous Gi Chokes from full guard. I am a no-Gi Grappler but these BJJ Gi Masters are fantastic and the use of Gi adds new twist. I was honored to roll with Instructor Mr. Mike Butler for the seminar. Great Seminar by 7th Degree Black Belt BJJ Master Luiz Palhares who is also a Rio de Janeiro and Panamerican Champion. Many thanks to Master Viet Le. Thanks Bro - Troy
