  • Don't skimp on the bechamel if you don't thing you gone a have enough just ad more flower and milk and keep cooking til thickens good luck..........

  • I made the pastitsio with my friend teezony(who commented on your meat sauce), it was missing bechamel sauce i don't think we made enough,and some pasta was too crispy, but it tasted like pastitsio. Mousaka is next!

  • this what you have done is a "naked" pastitsio ;)

  • I also put feta on the maccaroni and kefalotyri (greek hard cheese)on top. tastes much better!
