Ultimate BONDATHON: 25 Films. 3 Days. No Substitutes.

We screened all 25 James Bond films (including the 3 "non-canon" films) in a marathon over the course of three days. Over 25 people showed up at various times. Everyone ranked whatever films they saw, 0 through 10, 10 being perfect, to come up with our rankings.

HOW DID SKFYALL FARE? It came out after this vid was made but we got a large group together and rated it right after the premiere. It scored 8.27, which would have placed it 6th.

I'm not sure which is more shocking...the high marks for OHMSS, or the low ones for Diamonds...I love em both, but figured I was in the minority in liking OHMSS...apparently not!

Diamonds is a fun movie by itself but suffers if you watch it right after OHMSS...It just seems like a step backward into a silly cartoon with a cross-dressing Blofeld and cheap effects by comparison.

OHMSS is almost a stand-alone movie. I agree, that Diamonds... coming right after it must have been a let down. It was a missed opportunity. They could have told a much deeper and more gritty story. Bond's desire for revenge is treated rather cheaply, almost forgettably. BTW...I like your channel, cool idea. Just discovered it!

Also, your system is flawed. You have as few as 3 people voting at times, and at others, as many as 10. 5 people voted for Goldfinger, giving it a perfect 10. Ten people voted for OHMSS, and five of them were 10s, the other scores brought it down.

All 10s for Goldfinger? Way to bandwagon. Goldfinger, while in the top ten, is the most overrated Bond film ever. He spends 75% of the movie captured.
