  • For uploader: it is soooo easy the partitioning in Suse, so guess your complain comes from blindness!

  • @storeofdigitals

i'm not stupid... if I can partition gentoo and archlinux... I can figure out Opensuse's partition manager... at the time of this video there was a bug in the partitioner

  • @Linux4UnMe "i'm not stupid..." erm could we take a vote on that? ;)

  • @BelaFleckFan

    have another cig old man....

  • Good review.

I just fixed a Dell D630 and I'm going to install OpenSuse on it when I get the chance.

Normally I use a Mac, so I want to keep a unix-like OS installed when I'm out and about.

I think you should try both and decide which one you like better ;)

  • @Linux4UnMe Gotta back you up I noticed whenever I tried to manually partition with suse that it would work but the install would be all messed up. If I let it partition automagically install would go perfect.

  • my biggest problem with SUSE is when i install one thing it breaks dependencies for something else. for example. i install goggle earth and it works. i then install audacity and that breaks Google earth. you know stuff like that. that is the main problem i have with SUSE. its a shame too because SUSE is my favorite KDE distro. :-(

  • I love my Suse again!

  • @grey0powerlessnesss Distrowatch is a site dedicated to Linux Distributions, alternativeto net is just a site about software, to compare the two is pretty ignorant.

To say "MINT - is different to LMDE" when Mint is LMDE is also odd.

As far as Pinguy goes thats just another ubuntu/mint respin.
