@DivineHardOn It was a heavy contact against a well trained and large force. No coalition force would attempt this without air support. It would have been organised. So where was it. That is the fact the troops on the ground there complain about. No air support turned up as it was assisting american forces on a no contact mission. Very poor conditions and no wonder aussie soldiers worry about serving with american troops. They are very vocal to media about this now.
