  • is this a chiropractor? or a physical therapist?

  • this is a real solution to a real problem, ive had my bicep tendon slip out and it had to be placed back in and that fixed it short term but what fixed it long term after the chiropractor popped it back in was i strenthened my back muscles to equal the strength of my chest + delts. Good vid.

  • why spanish?

  • guy looked pretty beaten up by the end of this :-)

  • anybody know how to contact this gentleman? I fell off from stairs badly and injured the area around my upper bicep and deltoid because i strecthed my arm . I could'nt use my right arm initially because of pain and had to drive back home with one hand.

Now the pain has subsided after 4 days but there is still tightness when i try to strech my arm

  • i so wish you lived in my country. I do lots of martial arts but my problems are always with loose tendons (causing back pain or as now short head bicep tendonitus).

    any ideas

(do you have a vid for the short head?)

  • i've had bicep tendonitis for two years, i am a weightlifter however I believe the switch from college life to sitting at a desk 8-9 hours a day working with the mouse has caused this......i really need help, i've tried 2 different physical therapists an orthapedic surgeon and all the same 'impingement' diagnosis and no change

  • @agc195 not just painful. loud, today I'm going there and it is like walking into a dungeon. maybe i must change the chiro. are you sure it is realxing ?

  • @agc195 that is because you have no experience. I know how much this hurts and everytime it leaves bruises on my arm. screem
