ive got the 300 i agree the sound quality is crap but who needs sound when ur doin sumin like cyclin down a massive hill? ull jus t hear the wind and the video quality isnt that bad after all

OK. Thanks for your reply. I was looking for a cheap and light cam, to mount it on the motorbike and an important point is of course the sound.

I had atc-2000 and it sucked. the sound was very poor and the video was wabbaly. I drive cros and I tried to capture a video riding the bike and the sound was sooo bad. then I tested the camera in water and the water broke in wtf?? at least I got a refund. I don't know if atc 3000 is any better

I can't compare the two - the sound on the 3000 isn't great at all (but I wasn't expecting anything good) but it's been fine under water, both swimming in the sea and kayaking.

It does but as with the earlier versions it's quite limited in quality. I've removed the sound for this clip - you couldn't hear anything over the wind.
