This video is so perfect in so many ways. It feels real, it is exotic, and it's just the right length. It's got suspense, balls of fire and a cooking lesson to boot. I love the woman on the bike thing who watches the catch and the infectious laugh of the cook at the end. I also really love the way it's shot. Just a pleasure all around. Bravo.

I love this dish and the theatre is amazing - makes me yearn for Thailand!

MSG totally ruined it for me. Good food doesn't need MSG.

Perhaps 'greed' was a poor word to choose! I mean we tend to complain bitterly about the smallest things, especially at work. This 'look at life' in another land reminds me how good I really have it! Even if my boss is a jerk, I still have a good job! lolz!

@5Cats there is disgusting amounts of greed in thailand, just like anywhere else. Maybe even more so.

@5Cats Because greed doesn't exist anywhere else?

I saw this way back then and remember it vividly! Simply amazing! How hard this guy works, in an open air kitchen, probably for pennies, puts western greed to shame.
