I have this exact same program, and I have one really huge problem! When I create a blank file, and I try to draw, outline, or do anything, I get a hand cursor that won't let me do anything. It completely ignores everything I am trying to do! It's really inconvenient for me, because I was trying to edit a movie today. Please Help!
