When completed in September of '64, Take 11 was marked 'best' until the group revisited it a few weeks later on October 26. What makes it really special from the final, released version is that it includes more of a duet from both Paul and John, and ends with a somewhat rough, but charming, "false ending."

  • They should have kept that cool key change at 1:16. The sheet music would've required an extra page, but it would have been worth it.

  • John harmonizing with Paul adds something to this song..like it bette than the final version.

  • Great song. In HD? Even better.

  • nice
