I could not believe it I was told by email and thought it was a joke, but I was shocked to find out that it had happened.
I have eaten out many times in Canberra where the food has either come out of a jar or I have vomited the following day, and never said a word, just thought I will not go there again. It is not easy to make a stand and say to the owner of a restaurant that the food is crap and barely edible.
