@corpusIjurislciviles actually if he had said persons, it would have been acceptable, but person is not a word to use since he is talking about two different people. You might consider people are being referred to collective actiona while persons are being used for individual actions (In this case it is even arguable if the situation is individual or collective). That's okay. if that so, he should have said persons not just person since in the action, there are more than two people.
