I think its Beverly... I seriously reckon Josie couldn't possibly be it because the mole is a professional actor, and failing at golf that much is too obvious- plus the plane spaz thing in the first episode was only seen by the camera guy, no one else was in her plane...

Beverly's very clever if she's the mole- she was on the boat with the battery thingo, she got lost in the car challenge, she filmed people either shakily or obviously, but she's still seen as the cool Nanna :)
