A look at the making of Gretchen Parlato's sumptuous new album, The Lost and Found. Filmed at Symphony Space and Sear Sound this past summer, the film offers insight into the inspiration behind new songs written by Parlato as well as covering jazz standards. The EPK was created by Jeremy Kotin, featuring appearances by Alan Hampton, Robert Glasper, Dayna Stephens, Taylor Eigsti, Derrick Hodge and Kendrick Scott & Clarence Penn.

This album is tight!! I absolutely love her voice and vibe! I get goose bumps when I hear her voice! My favorite is "How We Love"!! I saw her perform recently at Bohemian Caverns in DC. I immediately bought The Lost and Found after her performance! All of the musicians were in the zone (including Gretchen of course)! The Lost and Found is my favorite album of the year and will be my favorite for a long time.I have to buy her other albums too. Be like me and get this album in your life yung! :)

I THANK GOD FOR ESPERANZA SPALDING! IF IT WAS NOT FOR ESPERANZA AND LISTENING TO HER PERFORM....."INU`TIL PAISAGEM" ......NO TELLING HOW MANY MORE MONTHS LATER IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME TO DISCOVERE GRETCHEN PARLATO! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
