With out sound it is hard to decide what was happening. The person getting the ticket could have been mouthing off to the officer. All you see is a bunch of cars driving by. The is no apparent evidence of police harrassment here,

Glenn gives all the hard working and ethical police officers a bad name. I use to work swing shift and Glenn would follow me home every night from Portland road to 7th street (at 1 a.m.). I guess he was bored and was waiting for me to break a law, or whatnot.

For the record, Glen does work in Hubbard still and he is a good cop! I'd love to know how you acted on the previous traffic stop, and why you were clearly uncooperative here. Why is there no sound? I'm sure the audio would clear up some issues about this. It looks like he was waiting for you to take the citation and you probably refused, but of course we can't hear that... Also, I'd like to know what you were yelling to him as he walked away.

@Bethfdny I thought I was clear. Recording someones voice without them knowing about it is a crime. Please do some research before vomiting nonsense.
