Hey, I will be doing a project on BMI and 4D modeling for my MEng course. My questions is how much is it beneficial and what are the major risks we can overcome by making a 4D model.
Thanks!

Yes I am, I am a Quantity Surveyor. I am doing a Higher level degree at the moment and have a project on BIM. I have to look at past projects, in your opinion which are the best examples to look at?

Great job! How do you fade in the objects that are being constructed in the simulation? I always wanted to figure this out, but never could. Is this doing w/ navisworks?

@iver7044
Its pretty simple....just go in the configure tab in the timeliner in navisworks...and just select what color you want the objects at a given stage..and you can change the transparency..so that gives the fading effect.....i hope that answers your question.....
do let me know how it goes....and/or...if you have more questions.
