@loveybumblebee554 Storm drains don't necessarily connect to the sanitary sewer (where human waste is). Sometimes the storm sewer pipes just go under the streets for a few hundred meters and empty the rainwater out into creeks or drainage ditches. In this case, the storm drain emptied into a bayou. But to answer you question, I think storm drain systems are technically sewers, so yes.
