hahahaha... have you all seen jamie oliver cooks? he uses his bare hands all the time... at sa lahat ng cooking show na napanuod ko... so far... they use bare hands also. like with masterchef US none of them uses gloves... pag nasa kitchen ka a big no no ang nail polish and long nails pag nagluto ka... yun ang nakaka contaminate, and frequently wash your hands every after doing a procedure. at isa pa, hindi sa lahat ng hotel gumagamit ng gloves pag nagluto...

@chey1114 tama ka.. di yan sila nanonood ng cooking tv shows kaya di nakapagtataka na gnyan ang reaction nila towards this vid.. tsk!! react ng react la nman alam about it.. most of the chefs uses there bare hands excpt lng kung kailangan tlga nila mg.gloves.. they should be thankful ksi meh ngdemonstrate how to cook morcon.. hmp!

he can use his bare hands in marinating as long as his hands are clean. but if the meat is cooked na and ready to serve, he should use disposable gloves to prevent contamination.
