  • Wally P. Fister would've been a much better name. But apart from that I love this guy's work. Especially Batman Begins.

  • I would have rather Deakins finally win, but I will say: Thank God The King's Speech didn't win Cinematography. That was, without a doubt, some of the most disgustingly unfocused and poorly positioned camera work I've seen in years. Picture frontrunner or not, that nomination should have gone to Shutter Island or 127 Hours.
