  • @KawaiiAznPanda7 Cassey has cardios videos as well as pilates videos so with her you can lose weight and tone up :D Look for her pop cardio videos, or her HIIT workouts.. you'll be out of breath after a couple of minutes

  • @sister83 Sounds like you might need a slower, more therapeutic routine, in my opinion. My back aches as well during those moves, because my core muscles are weak. Of course, if you have pain there you might be even less inclined to build a strong core (which should help take the tension off your lower back.) Have you been through physiotherapy?

  • hi! i love your videos but ive a problem, when doing the abs targeted moves that require lying on the floor, my lower back aches quite abit. i fell really bad on my butt when i was young and have been experiencing back problems on and off since them. are the moves triggering my back aches?
