Early silent film. A train station clerk is assaulted and bound by four men, who then hold up the train that arrives in the station. After threatening the operator and shooting a passenger, they rob the train and shoot a passenger before running away. A little girl discovers the tied up clerk and notifiies the sheriff, who immediately goes out with his men in search of the bandits.

  • im 23 and i can't get enough of these kinds of films. its like the purest form of a history lesson, it might not be an accurate interpretation of what was happening, but the clothes are clothes, not costumes. the roads are just dirt trails through woods, and you can get an idea of what their thoughts were like by the material they chose to shoot. love it.
