Fallout New Vegas: *BEST* Unlimited Money Glitch (Read Description)

You must follow these steps exactly in order for this glitch to work properly.

Clear System Cache:
----------------------------------------------
1. Go to your Xbox 360 dashboard.
2. Go to the My Xbox tab and scroll all the way to the right to System Settings.
3. Go to Memory.
4. Press Y for Device Options
5. Press A on Clear System Cache and then Yes.

Infinite Money Glitch:
-----------------------------------------
1. Start up Fallout: New Vegas.
2. Complete the mission "My Kind Of Town" in Primm (any method works)
3. Leave Primm and wait (press back) for at least 3 game days (72+ hours)
4. Return and enter the Vikki and Vance Casino.
5. Get rid of the gang in the casino who appear at the entrance.
5: Leave Primm again and wait for at least THREE more in-game days.
6: When you come back to the Casino, there will be a cashier to talk to.
7. Talk to her and do what I did in this video.

Yes

Yes

Does this glitch work without getting rid of the updates?
No

Does this work on PS3?
If you can find a way to remove game updates then yes. If not, no.

How can I do this cheat on PC?
Press ~ key during gameplay to open the console menu. Then enter in the code:
player.additem 000000F (number of caps)

Will clearing system cache delete anything besides updates such as save games or achievements?
No, clearing system cache only removes updates. When you load the game back up you have the option to install the updates again so update when you're done with the glitch.

Can I do this at any point in the game?
As long as you completed the "My Kind of Town" quest and removed the update, then yes.

Can I do this glitch by clearing system cache with the new Xbox 360 Dashboard update?
Yes

What exactly does clearing system cache do?
All it does is it deletes updates/patches. It does not delete game saves, dlc, or anything else.

How many times can I do this glitch?
As long as you don't update the game, unlimited times. Otherwise, just remove the patch to do it again.

Do I have to choose 1000 caps?
No, you can choose any but 1000 gives you the most money the fastest.

its easy fer ps3 just uninstall the it then when it needs up date press no then but u sign out of onine then buy chips and keep on doing it and if u have dlc just redownload it

This works, I've just done it. All you guys who can't do it are dipshits. It's simple. Before you clear the cache go into the vikki and vance casino and buy a load of chips, then save the game. Dashboard your xbox, and go to settings and open the memory section. Clear the cache by pressing Y when you open the memory settings and selecting "clear system cache". Open the fallout NV game file in your hard drive and delete the title update, it's 16mb if you need more clarification. Load up your sa
