I saw him quite a few times. One of the best was at the old State Theater on Main Street in Newark, Del. -- before it was torn down. He walked on the backs of the rows of seats playing his guitar.... Incredible musician and performer.

I knew Tommy, he was a great very cool person, guitarist very cool cat. great performer, those were some god times, i was under age at many of his shows, and had a big group of people/friends that really had fun in Philly and Delaware, at his shows, boy did we1

I was drunk as hell at wing bowl a few years ago... and had no idea he was playing half time... i was dancing and singing at the top of my lungs when i heard him come on, no one else seemed to know this guy! i had a GREAT time either way!

I always get lots of great stories about Tommy -- he's touched lives in many ways...I see him as a great guitarist and musician....thanks for the comment!

Where'd you get the screen shots from the AMA's or was it the Grammy's? I'd love to see that performance when he closed the show.

That was the American Music Awards performance in Jan. 1989. Also there are screen shots from performances on the Arsenio Hall show and MTV Spring Break 1991.
