I hate Steam as it is. Why the hell do we need to install a program like Steam and Origin to play PC games. If you ask me both should be 100% optional.

And now you wonder why people are pirating more than ever. Including mass effect 3 when it comes out. If you go on thepiratebay. you can download razor 9111 patch that allows you to play without it. Otherwise, EA has become Steam wannabees

well, EA couldn't possibly buy out Steam and kill it off, like they've done to many studios... So they did the next best thing, created bloated piece of crap spyware that resembles Steam.
I'm not even sure why I am still buying EA's games, I think I'll stop buying them.

Origin originally wanted to mine peoples pc's for all their personal info, which site they visited, browsing history, torrents you may have, which programs you have installed etc, then they would have sold your info to third party buyers. Even though they say they will no longer do that, I will not trust them. They should have never done that in the first place.

@swordpalme right after someone says they want to bend you the fuck over and then retracts the statement cause you got upset, I will no longer trust that person, in this case, I will no longer trust EA Origin.

If you install it they use data on your PC
If you don't log in for a year they delete your games
Even if you get retail Battlefield 3 and/or retail Mass Effect 3 you need to install Origin.
This is turning me off of PC gaming :/
