My Nokia e65 problems

Here are the problems with my Nokia e65. It is a brand new phone.
1. If I click on "clock" I get a "system error"
2. If I click on "settings" in "tools" menu then I get... not settings but nothing.

That was a brand new cell phone. I did not want to mess with it, since it had warranty. I just returned the phone to the point of purchase.

you are not treating your phone properly that is why...I have this phone for 2 years and it is one of the best I had....

Всё ерунда, достаточно поставить новую прошивку(Nokia Software Updater). Такая проблема присутствует на первых прошивках, на nokia e-65/1
