Common Corn Snake Eating A Live Mouse

This is our 3 1/2 foot Corn snake eating a large live mouse. He is 15 years old, we have owned him for about one year.

There is a crazy story about this snake. Just a month ago my dad was feeding him on the lawn when he escaped when my dad wasn't paying attention. We thought we had lost him, but a week later we discovered a corn snake wrapped up in the wheel of our car at our church. After removing the tire and finally catching him, we discovered it was our same corn snake that had escaped the week earlier. It had somehow managed to hitch a ride in/on our car all the way to our church. Pretty remarkable... :)

I need to see alot of this,it does sound sad, but I will feed my snake live for the first time and I LOVE animals buy snakes need to eat

@BreyerCool It's nature. I've fed live and frozen mice to my snakes and live mice is much better.  It is also fascinating and promotes healthy and natural behavior in the snake.

@darknessahead520 Yes, he is 15 years old. We got him from a mutual friend who owned him for eleven years, and had bought him when he was three years old. And now we have had him for a little over one year.

i got a corn snake about a year and a half ago and hes almost two years now and its just been an awesome adventure with him, he was my first and he will always have a place in my heart. ha i mean to say i hope mine grows to be an old fart too =P
