I think you are correct leihyphenann. It seems that he is trying to do his best to make himself out to be a victim. It got even worse today with his press tour. Can't wait to see what Rachel is going to say tonight about him comparing himself to Gandhi and MLK.

I have been a fan since she started on Air America and love that she is on MSNBC. I'm a proud "Civics Geek" and find politics both fascinating & frustrating. Rachel's way of delivering the roundup of what is happening in politics is unmatched. The fact that I laugh out loud at least once during every broadcast is one of the reasons I watch. Yet she also somehow gets to the serious point of a topic. This clip seemed to showcase both her sense of humor and intelligent way of discussing an issue.

I laughed so hard when she said, "...in the same way that it's fascinating to watch my friend's dog Noodles..." She's powerful, intelligent, beautiful and she's got great comedic timing. Awesome.
