UNDERRATED II [CLOSED]

CLOSED! PLEASE READ RULES. Underrated has returned for another year. And on the new year as well (I hope you guys had some fun partying!). PLEASE WRITE WHO YOU NOMINATE IN A LIST, that way I can more easily copy into my document. If you could add your reasons in another paragraph (optional) then that would be great!

RULES: Same standard rules apply as last year.
-You cannot nominate those 12 people who won last year.
-Anyone who has 2,000+ subscribers can not be nominated, because that is not technically underrated.
-People who do picture videos only, are not technically counted as vidders - I need to see more than just pictures, but what you do with moving clips.
-Vloggers and those types of videos do not count as vidding (meaning can't be home videos with music, etc).
-Only individual channels.
-Vidder must have more than 3 videos.

DO NOT feel guilty for nominating yourself. But if you don't want to nominate yourself in public, you can send me a PM. You may nominate as many people as you wish.
