@windstorm1000 Actually Hillary's "after" picture is an earlier photo of her when she was younger. The "before" is how she actually looks today. Whoever posted this video is deliberately misleading.

#1 Maybe a nose job. He has his teeth done (maybe braces) in the before and after picture.
#2 She had a nose job and a boob job.
#3 George Clooney has his teeth done and some anti aging surgery. (Not really visible in those pictures)
#4 Lost some weight (Maybe a nose job, picture sucks so I'm not sure)
#5 Some anti aging surgery or photoshop. Maybe she had done some botox instead of surgery.
All those picture suck to actually conclude anything.

befores are always better. Sincere. George Clooney before = HOT, yummy. After.... no! looks like a factory second.
Those with the surgery look untrustworthy.
