  • My deskjet had a paper jam & I pulled it from the front. :(

    Now it won't pick up the paper. Anyone know what to do from here?

  • @poke089 Follow the steps on youtube.com/watch?v=uji7UFUatks to attempt to resolve this issue. If this does not fix your problem, you may have to contact HP to service your printer.

  • Helpful, yes, but this video could have been better if it told you about the "Paper Feed Cleaning" service under "Devise Services."

  • THANK YOU! I WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED IF I DIDNT GET THIS OUT! :) Just kidding

  • Did nothing for my paper jam. Tried everthing. Suggest owner take both hands, unplug and deposit into large trash can. Go to consumer reports and find a good source for new printer.

  • Oh my gosh, where do you live? I owe you homemade cookies! I've been trying for the last 2 hours to just print ONE paper! It said it had no paper, then it jammed. On top of that it's out of warranty so I couldn't even TALK to HP. You saved me!! ;_;

  • it helped.., thank you very much...

  • Hey I have this printer and I keep getting the paper jam message. When I go to fix the printer by opening the front access door, the carriage doesnt move into the centre of the access area, it simply stays stuck on the left side. I see it "try" to move into the centre but its as if something is stopping it. Any ideas how I can fix it?
