材料 / 高筋麵粉 400g、低筋麵粉 100g、奶粉 15g、酵母粉 10g、熟蝦仁 12隻、蛋 1個、奶油 40g、鮮奶油 60g、麵包粉 300g、白煮蛋 4個、蕃茄 1顆、小黃瓜 1條、火腿 4片、起司片 4片、美乃滋 1包
調味料 / 糖 75g、鹽 4g
做法:
1、水煮蛋以一開四,蕃茄切片、小黃瓜切圓片、酵母粉加入一碗水拌勻成酵母水,備用。
2、將高筋麵粉、低筋麵粉,鮮奶油、糖、鹽、奶粉、酵母粉、全蛋1個,揉成麵糰後,加入奶油揉勻,放入抹油塑膠袋中,靜置40分鐘。
3、取出並分成10等份,擀平後再捲成長條狀,先沾水再沾上麵包粉,放置30-40分鐘,發酵為原來的1倍大。
4、以140度的油溫,將麵糰炸約3-5分鐘呈金黃色撈起。
5、等麵包降溫後加入美乃滋、小黃瓜、起司片、蕃茄、白煮蛋、火腿,就完成營養三明治。
