@phantom4087 Its kind of interesting for me to have recently taken to heart the fact that many of my "heros" in dance/movement are in fact shorter than I am. I knew this going into ballet and sort of used that as a way of motivating myself to be able to do all that they can do with all that nature has given me. Now if only if my feet both pointed 1cm more and my torso was a little shorter to allow for the illusion of longer legs. Proportions rule, Carlos Acosta, 5'8 he looks 6'2!

Exactly. I was having an argument with my (short) friend the other day about whether it's better to have a compact frame, or an elongated frame, and I was trying to illustrate that point: that compact dancers have more athletic potential, but that long lean dancers (like me) are more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Now you are a paradigm of ballet. You were made for it. Me, I'm as flexible as a yoga Grandmaster. But... the more strenuous physical endeavors... Well, I still struggle...
