Flooding in Dumaguete City, Philippines - December 2011

This was just as one of the smaller floods in town was settling down. I feel terrible for those living in areas that were hit hard by the flash floods :(

@Mich011894 Yes this was near the city limit, I'm not sure how high the water was in San Antonio village but when we were there it was about the same height that is shown in the video. The roads have all cleared now thankfully!
