The only one that comes to mind is in "Take the Money and Run" where he "plays" cello with a marching band. Just too funny.

This is not from a film. Woody Allen periodically plays at the Cafe Carlyle in New York. I had the great pleasure of seeing one of his performances. This clip is just a nugget of a great experience.
