Dude, please, for the love of all that's good in the world, don't wipe your knife on raw meat, or cooked meat for that matter, and then stick it back in peanut butter or jelly or ANYTHING but the dishwasher because you are basically begging for ecoli or salmonella poisoning... death by peanut butter = NOT AWESOME.
