Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs at the north end of Las Vegas.

Peacock jumped off roof and flew down to ground, never seen them fly before. Found out later they sleep in trees at nite.

  • Let's just settle this terry. Peacocks don't fly! They fly, they get a real running start. About as much as a penguin!

  • @gimmealiteracola then explain how they get up into the trees at nite to sleep, Farva....

  • actually it's Flloyd Lamb Part, on the north end of the city by a springs area.

  • @gimmealiteracola Actually there are some types of peacocks that are good fliers. They seem to prefer to walk but there definitely are varieties that do fly and I don't just mean a little hop off a roof. :)

  • I wish I could fly.... I'm only 11. So, flying would be a dream come true!

  • @SkylanceSolder lazy animals :P

  • @AnthonyG70 They actually can fly but it takes too much energy and thus they only use flight as a case of emergency. like a last minute flee away from a predator, otherwise they only usually run.
