The first filmed version of any of our low-budget puppet shows....THRILL! As Isabel becomes what the monsters fear! SHRIEK! As peril upon perl befalls our young heroine! ROCK! To the ridiculous soundtrack with Punk, Motown and Jazz hits!

Written By: Ogden Nash (as far as we can ascertain)
Music:
"The Hunter Gets Captured " - The Marvelettes
"Blank Generation" - Richard Hell and the Voidoids
"Milk, the Basic" - The Poets
"Mr. Big Stuff" - Jean Knight
"Dreaming" - Sun-RA

Featuring footage from:
"Dinosaurus", "SHARK!" and "Bride of the Monster"

Filmed entirely at the "Back of the Couch" studios, SF, CA.

  • that isabel is my kind of lady

  • Completely bizarre. Keep it up.

  • We like weird, right?! I do not recall a puppet show that did not have weirdness as part of it's attraction [smile]. Isabel is my hero! Clever, made me laugh. Loved Isabel with the nasty weapons, especially her calm gaze as she wielded the sword and channeled Uma Thurman, and the design of the chain saw. Puppets well-designed and executed, esp. Isabel and the Witch.

  • This is...kind of weird, isn't it?
