sorry for how bad the pixels are but my friends in palawan were playing a prank on jeff while he passed out during drinking. you see, Filipinos have a different drinking style. it goes in rounds. at least a third of a cup of rum chased down with water. pretty hardcore yea but you see, it's gonna be fun. i believe that is candle wax on his face. hahahahahahahah
