In Belle Meade at around 1:20 p.m. today, at the Harding Road intersection that allows one to cross the railroad over to Post Road and Old Harding (the intersection also includes the entrance into the small shopping center named Belle Meade Galleria), I saw this moving van stuck on the railroad tracks. A Belle Meade police squad car was on the scene and a Metro police office was driving up as I was leaving. Made me first think of a cliché scene from action-drama movies -- and wonder how trains are notified when something like this is stuck on the tracks ahead of them.
He should have seen that coming. Moving trailers are a lot closer to the ground than regular freight trailers.

Yikes, Rex. I'm glad I wasn't driving that truck. Nice capture.
