Highland Cathedral then Battle of the Somme & Farewell to Edinburgh

This has become a standard in Scotland but was actually written by two Germans! and only in 1982. It is followed by The Battle of the Somme - a Pipe Retreat March in 9/8 time written after that infamous Battle by Pipe Major William Lawrie who died shortly thereafter of his wounds.
