The Dane Cook of homemade beverages. :^)

Reminds me of Lenny Bruce's animation "Thank You masked man." Look it up on youtube, it's a classic!

Wow, 3 cents a glass!

One of my favorite commercials from when I was a kid.

WOW!! Can't believe someone has this! For the past year I've been singing this jingle to get on my kids' nerves, because they always say, "Mom, that was NOT a TV commercial jingle! You made that up!"

this is so weird because my name is wyler

I remember seeing commercials like that for those Wyler's drink mixes back in the spring of 1971.

haa haaa ha! OMG! That was bizzare! At the time in Southern California another weird commercial was an animated clip of some kind of super-detective and boy-sidekick who were anti-litter heros. These rat frumpy looking guys were in an alley making plans to "trash the harbor" and "pollute the air with choking gas" or something. Captain clean and sidekick show up, and these guys bump each other into the trash cans, then the hero states the obvious, "that's where you belong, - in the waste can"!

I do:
"Six chewy pieces
go six times as far,
six times the flavor
in a Bit-o-Honey baaaar!"

I couldn't stop laughing at the audacity of the sun smacking the poor guy after gingerly removing his hat. (and that SMILE!)
Thank you so much for posting this awesome nostalgia!
Do you remember the "Bit-O-Honey" commercial about he same time that featured a glow-yellow guy in a ten gallon hat pointing up at the letters as they radiated, and the girl in a garden saying "i'm honey" with those two guys rotating in circles saying "and we are the nuts"?
the yellow guy says "Beat it you guys" !

I'd like to see the one where it is mixed with the clouds. That one I never forgot (Memorial Day weekend 1971)
