Every now and then I screed concrete floors,Once every six months or so,I usually start with a pot belly,in just over a week its completely gone,its got to be the best excrcise,you are always under pressure to finish before the concrete sets

@mercy7889 its as simple as this.........if it tastes good spit it out ! a balanced diet of fresh fruit and veg, eat until you feel comfortable then stop. DON'T eat pastries, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, and too much bread, use low fat spread or none at all. regular exercise, salads, drink plenty of water. if you feel hungry at night, drink water cos it supresses the hunger! THATS ALL FOLKS!

running...... running and more running... when i had my 'best' six pack i only did 3 sets of as many sit ups and i could in a minute 3 sets of as many push ups in a minute and ran 2-3 miles or interval running 4 times a week and it amazed me how good they looked... now however im back lifting weights drinking loads of beer and my abs are lacking again :/

@mercy7889 tahts to get cut right? cuz im trying to get bigger then cut.... to get bigger u gotta get lots of carbs then 2nd most is protein then last is to get lowest fat right? ty

@mercy7889 thats ALL IT TAKES took me a year and half to shed the pounds and get a six pack, if you dont have the genetics to get it...u need a shit ton of will power
this guy has a beautiful body. mad props to him. all i have to say is: it's 60% diet and 40% exercise. Diet: very low carbs and no junk. Exercise: BOTH (yes ladies) cardio and weight training. Diet, exercise and discipline. That's all it takes.
