@jackEboi0 It's a 4 DVD set called "Duke Roufus Muay Thai Full Contact Kickboxing". Each disk is divided in 2 volumes; so there's 8 categories.

@tsjca213 The problem with a solidcore heavy bags is that once you get your power up on your kick you can kick though to the core really easily

I can't beieve the sheer stupidity of some people on here. I might as well go onto a mozart video and tell him he shouldn't have played an A minor chord in that section of his song because the local teacher in my home town said it's useless and sounds bad.
