nice save on the hand launch
-
@MikeysRC i agree with Welltrusted when you have rolling take off you have more lift on your wings and your lesss prone to stall on take off.
or you can run and then throw it

Nice plane, but it was hard to see most of the flying footage, would've been better without the top adverticing banner, sory no like or thumbs up on this video. Gret job on the plane!

Did you get the plans done ? Your plane is quite decent for a scratched built plane compared to some others I seriously advise you to add landing gear when you hand launched it, it did look very unstable and as a experienced flyer myself you need a lot of lift over those wings to get the real experience as hand launching can go wrong very easily witch nearly happend in your video :)

@Welltrusted landing gear ads weight, cost and complexity and causes drag. I find landing gear unnecessary with most of my plane. But you can ad them if you like. Hand launching this plane is easy. I only needed to apply more throttle before take off....that's why it looked a little unstable. I'm glad you seriously advice my plane =).

Nice plane. I am working on the trainer now. My first RC plane. Got most of it done now. Was wondering what kind of paint you use on these planes that works well with foam board? Also since I am new, whats a good but economical controller that might worked for multiples of these planes? Thanks. Keep up the great vids!
