Water damage to commercial building ServiceMaster Anytime

Water damage was caused by a broken supply line to toilet in bathroom, causing damage to 6 offices, hallway, 2 lab rooms, break room, and lobby. visit www.svma.com

Technicians assessed damage and determined that a large trailer dessicant would be ideal to dry structure with the least amount of structural damage. Technicians had to set up a spider box to support the amount of airmovers necessary for this dry down.

WIth the right amount of airmovers and dehumidification, the structure was able to be dried down in 3 days. The only repairs needed were small patch work to drywall, replacing of vinyl base, and cleaning of carpet.
