It is easy to sharpen Nachi SG-ES syle drill bits or other high performance drill bits with multi facet drill points. The SharperDrills™ DGS-09 is easy and fast to use for everyone. The DGS-09 has a durable and rigid all metal design. Great for industrial uses especially for high quality demands on concentricity.
It sharpens two flute drills up to 1/2" or 13mm size, with options up to 16mm or 5/8" diameter size drills.
It works on all drill materials, including Cobalt drills. For solid carbide drill bits an optional diamond dust coated wheel is available.
You can shapren drill points from 90 degrees to 140 degrees with the Nachi SG-ES style high performance drill pont.
Using only the grinding ports 1 and 2, a typical drill point or split point drill point geometry within 90 to 140 degees is generated.
