Had 30minutes free in-between sessions so thought id train.
After not doing deadlifts or squats for 2 weeks i decided its time to see how much strength ive lost. Not much as my last deadlift session was 170kg for 5, here i get 3 reps. Also i have got a cold here so am not at 100% performance wise.
Then a little deload to 150kg for a few more reps. Fun times
