Not guilty - it's not a Filter in Turn, and even if it *were*, it doesn't mean wait there facing an empty road until someone else has eventually passed the other way - you Give Way in turn when and if there's a clash. And there wasn't a clash - the video is deceptive, I had plenty of time without making the other driver change speed or upsetting them.
(sorry for the mini rant, that one's been brewing for years waiting for an outlet!! LOL)
