Phone Call to BP

I was watching TV when a BP commercial came on blathering on and on about what a great company BP was. Then they had a toll free number at the end so I thought I'd call to see what they had to say about Corexit. Unfortunately it didn't occur to me until he put me on hold to record the conversation. So, anyway, what you missed was me asking this person about Corexit (he didn't know what that word meant) so I asked him about the dispersant and he did know that term and said that he didn't have any data on that and put me on hold.
When he came back on he asked for my name, phone number and zip code, none of which I gave him.

Then I finally got the recording going. I promise to do better next time.
